Finding us
The practice is on Park Ave S, on the corridor that runs between the NoMad and Gramercy Park neighborhoods. Look for 381 Park Ave S, then come up to #908.
The clearest way to arrive is with door-to-door directions rather than a general search, because the office is a suite inside a larger building.

When you arrive
Come a few minutes early for a first visit, since new patient paperwork takes a moment. Bring a list of any medications you take, the name of your general dentist if you have one, and any recent x-rays you can get hold of, which can spare you a repeat.
