This website is operated by Cosmetic Dentistry NYC, the dental practice of Dr. Pia Lieb, DDS, located at 381 Park Ave S #908, New York, NY 10016. In these terms, “we” and “the practice” mean that practice, and “you” means anyone who visits or uses this site.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Reading this site, submitting the contact form, sending an email, or leaving a voicemail does not create a doctor-patient relationship. That relationship begins only when you attend the office in person, we accept you as a patient, and you complete our intake and consent paperwork.

Until then, nothing said here or in a message should be treated as a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or clinical direction for your situation.

Everything on this site is general dental education. It cannot account for your history, your examination findings, your imaging, or your goals. Do not use it to diagnose yourself, to decide against seeing a dentist, or to delay care.

If you are experiencing a dental or medical emergency, including pain with facial swelling, fever, or difficulty swallowing or breathing, call 911 or go to an emergency room. Do not use this website or its forms to report an emergency.

How we research, write, and review that content is described on our Editorial Standards page.

The contact form and general email are convenience tools for scheduling and general questions. They are not a secure medical records channel. Please do not send detailed medical history, images of a clinical problem, insurance identifiers, or other sensitive health information through them. Call the office at 212-829-1515 instead.

You agree not to use this site to:

• break any law, or encourage anyone else to
• impersonate another person, or misrepresent your relationship with the practice
• submit false, misleading, or abusive content through any form on the site
• scrape, harvest, or bulk-copy content, images, or contact details from the site
• probe, overload, or interfere with the site, its servers, or its security measures
• upload anything containing malicious code, or attempt to gain access to areas of the site that are not public

We may restrict or refuse access to anyone who uses the site in a way that harms the practice, our patients, or other visitors.

The text, photography, patient result images, video, layout, design, logos, and The Dr. Pia Method™ name on this site are owned by the practice or used with permission. They are protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may view this site, and print or save individual pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not republish, redistribute, sell, or adapt any part of it, or use it to train or populate another product, without our written permission. Brief quotation with clear attribution and a link back to the original page is fine.

Before-and-after photography shows real patients who consented to publication. It may not be copied or reused for any purpose.

If you believe material on this site infringes your rights, write to us at hello@doctorpia.com identifying the material and the page it appears on, and we will review it.

If you send us a question, a message, or a review, you confirm it is yours to send and that it is accurate. You give us permission to read it, store it, and respond to it. We will not publish an identifiable comment or testimonial from you without your separate written consent.

This site links to outside organizations, including dental and public health bodies, press coverage, mapping and directions services, and social platforms. Those sites are run by other people. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement of everything they publish.

Parts of this site rely on third-party services such as embedded video and maps. Your use of those features is also governed by the terms of the companies that provide them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you agree to that venue.
